Micro Repair Welder

TTW-700 can weld all kind of ferrous metal. Excellent for repairing wear, tear and erosion damage on moulds, dies and tools.

Feature

1. Firm: The welded area can sub stain machining like milling, EDM, grinding etc. without peeling off. The sheets combines completely with the base material
2. Precise.: Weld sheet between 0,03 and 0,22 mm. Less waste of welding material and much easier refurbishment after welding.
3. Minimum annealing: Heats only a tiny spot. Minimize damage from annealing.
4. No metallurgic change: The welded area remain like original hardness. Different hardness can be combined.
